Evoke a sense of solitude, luxury and adventure for ultra-high-net-worth buyers for a real estate/resort community on a private island off the coast of Belize.

Our Approach

Overabove deployed our big data-driven approach to analyze prospective buyers using the client’s existing database of leads. Using our identity resolution program, we developed a lookalike profile of the ideal buyer based on key demographic and psychographic variables that emerged in the database analysis. We used this profile as our guide in developing storytelling, brand DNA and placemaking strategy, centered thematically on the mysteries of the deep, to link to the island location and evoke a sense of both solitude and adventure for intrepid buyers. We developed direct and on-property marketing communications, collateral and branded video content for social channels that would appeal to (and reach) the target audience.

The Caye Chapel brand is a worthy reflection of the experience itself, built to deliver for (and through a highly targeted, data-driven media plan, be delivered to) a highly rarefied audience: highly stylish and sophisticated, yet bold and curious; associated with high luxury, but surrounded by a sense of solace, solitude and authenticity.
